<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft seal valve which prevents a fixing means from being loosened and prevents a fluid from leaking from the upstream side of a valve element to the downstream side of the valve through a fixing hole when a flow passage in a valve casing is closed by the valve element. <P>SOLUTION: The valve element 3 includes a core metal 14, seal materials 15 which are provided on both surfaces of the core metal 14 in the thickness direction A of the valve element 3 and formed of an elastic material, presser members 16 which press the seal materials 15 onto the surfaces of the core metal 14, and bolts 19 and nuts 20 which press and fix the presser members 16 to the core metal 14. The seal materials 15 are sandwiched between the surfaces of the core metal 14 and the presser members 16. A part of each presser member 16 is brought into contact with a part of the core metal 14, so that the distance B between the presser member 16 and the core metal 14 is fixed to a preset distance in the thickness direction A of the valve element 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
