<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling performance of a bearing device. <P>SOLUTION: A bearing cooling device cools the bearing device 9 that rotatably supports a rotary vertical shaft 5 between a drive device and an operation portion, the rotary vertical shaft transmitting power from the drive device arranged on an upper portion to the operation portion arranged on a lower portion.
