REPAIR SYSTEM AND REPAIR METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair system that carries out build-up welding easily without requiring human assistance.

SOLUTION: The repair system includes: a material-supplying unit; a laser apparatus for emitting laser spot beam; a mobile unit for moving the laser spot beam or a portion to be repaired; a storage unit for storing a corresponding data of weld width of the portion and weld condition of the portion; an imaging unit for imaging a welding position on the portion; a light irradiation unit for emitting a line-shaped light; a weld width-calculating unit for calculating the weld width based on an image thus imaged; a retrieving unit for retrieving weld condition data stored based on the weld width; and a responding control unit for controlling the material-supplying unit and the like based on the weld condition data.
