<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically recover a starting end part of an adhesive tape drooping from a sticking arm into an sucking state. <P>SOLUTION: A first sucking part 48 which sucks and maintains the starting end part 16a of the adhesive tape 16 is installed on a tip end part of the sticking arm 32. An air ejection means 60 is placed on the upstream side of a tape drawing route than the first sucking part 48 at the sticking arm 32 in a way that it is positioned on the upper side of the tape drawing route. Air is ejected from the air ejection means 60 towards the arm tip end while keeping suction defect generated and the starting end part 16a of the adhesive tape 16 droops from the sticking arm 32. The atmospheric pressure around the first sucking part 48 is reduced and negative pressure is generated by this air ejection and the starting end part 16a of the adhesive tape 16 in a droop state is drawn to the first sucking part 48 and the suction state of the first sucking part 48 is recovered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
