<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for aiding a rescue operation by a mobile phone of a rescuer side without using a communication line. <P>SOLUTION: By adding functions of a rescue signal transmission system and a rescue signal reception system to one mobile phone, a disaster victim can continually transmit a rescue pulse signal as a rescue signal asking for rescue by the rescue signal transmission system as long as the functions of the mobile phone work even in the case a communication line is unable to use at the time of a disaster or the phone is out of a service area. A searcher side, by the rescue signal reception system, locates a place where the rescue pulse signal transmitted by the disaster victim can be received, and narrows down a search area to a place indicating a strong level to be able to aid rescue operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
