PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service setting a limit according to a position at low cost and securely.

SOLUTION: A portable terminal device: scans an AP existing in a range in which radio communication is possible; generates an AP list of the AP detected by the scanning; and transmits the generated AP list to a management server. The management server: receives the AP list transmitted from each of the two or more portable terminal devices; compares the AP lists received from the two or more portable terminal devices; generates connection destination relevant information related to a connection destination of the portable terminal device based on the comparison result; and transmits the generated connection destination relevant information to the portable terminal device. The portable terminal device receives the connection destination relevant information transmitted from the management server. The technology can be applied to a Web site provision system which authenticates a terminal and provides service limited to a position of the terminal.
