An installation for utilization of rubber-containing wastes by combustion comprises a body placed in horizontal position with outer layer of heat insulation. In the body combustion chamber is placed, with opening for waste feeding, movable metal band, electric motor, reducer, control panel, ventilators for air supply and flue. In the lower section of the body there is a tank for soot receiving, movable metal band is placed in the combustion chamber, back wall of the combustion chamber is arranged as gate and comprises a restricting element (end element) after which a tank for metal cord reception is placed, and as the upper wall of the combustion chamber and walls of the flue there are ribs of heat exchanger that is arranged as a coil, comprises hatches for soot removal and is equipped with a pump for supply and intake of hot water, vapor of air, over the flue and the hopper for metal cord reception caps for collection of smoke gases are placed, with smoke pumps for pump-out of smoke to purification installation with flue. |
