An installation for neutralization of solid domestic and industrial wastes with two-stage cooling of outflow gases comprises reactor and bottom sections installed with a gap, afterburning chamber and heat exchanger coaxial with reactor, forge and lances installed in the bottom section, and a system for gas purification. The afterburning chamber is equipped with heat-conductive plates, it has common wall with the reactor and is installed with formation of gap between that one and the bottom section, this is closed with a rim with which the bottom section is equipped. The heat exchanger is equipped with heat conductive plates and has common wall with heating chamber. The lances with one ends are connected to the heat exchanger, and with the other ends – to the forge. The gas purification system comprises a scrubber and flue that through the inlet opening is connected to the afterburning chamber and through the outlet opening – to the scrubber. The reactor and heat exchanger are made of two semi-round ends connected with parallel-sided walls. The flue is installed at right angle to the scrubber and additionally comprises a system of sprinklers, and the area of the outlet opening of the flue is larger than the area of its inlet opening. |
