摘要
本发明公开了一种蠕动式用于有机酸发酵的厌氧固态发酵装置,其特征为:通过电力驱动连接于固定轴上的短棒沿轴心来回摆动,强化固态物料在反应器内的运动,从而提高反应器内的传质、传热,降低能耗;装置内设有过滤层,用以实现物料的固液分离,滤层下贮存的富含菌体的酸化液经蠕动泵输送到罐体顶部,再通过喷淋头均匀喷洒在物料上,进行二次发酵,有利于进一步缩短发酵周期,节水、节能。
