PURPOSE: An environment-friendly thermoplastic elastomer resin composition is provided to have excellent extrusion performance, to have excellent appearance and texture performance such as durability similar, weatherability, water resistance and cold resistance similar to PVC. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly thermoplastic elastomer resin composition comprises 25-50 weight% of styrene-ethyene-butylene-block copolymer, 20-40 weight% of polypropylene-based resin, 0.1-30 weight% of inorganic filler, 10-30 weight% of paraffin-based process oil, and 0.1-5 weight% of silicon-based rubber compound. The styrene content of the styrene-ethyene-butylene-block copolymer is 10-40 weight% and the melt index(ASTM D1238, 230°C, 2.16kg) is 10g/10minutes or less.
