PURPOSE: A producing method of water-soluble minerals capable of simplifying producing processes is provided to obtain the massive amount of high quality minerals. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of water-soluble minerals comprises the following steps: inserting weathered coral or seashells into an electric furnace(100), and firstly plasticizing the inserted material at 910-1,000 deg C for 5-9 hours before slowly cooling to obtain clinker(110) having white and gray color at room temperature for 24 hours; secondly plasticizing the clinker having the white color in the electric furnace at 500-700 deg C for 3-5 hours; and passing the secondly plasticized clinker through a pipe of a rapid-cooling device including a cooling coil for passing through coolant formed with liquid nitrogen for rapidly cooling the clinker at 20-60 deg C below zero.
