PURPOSE: A beverage extracting device and method are provided to set a proper time for dissolving or infusing filler according to the characteristics of the filler by employing a valve on the discharge path of beverage. CONSTITUTION: A beverage extracting device comprises a pump(110) supplying water, a heater(120) heating the water, a temperature sensor(130) detecting the temperature of water heated by the heater, a pair of trays in which the same or different types of capsules are loaded, a pair of upper punches(150,250) which open the top of the capsules to supply hot water into the capsules, a water supply valve provided on the supply path of the hot water to supply or cut off the hot water to the pair of capsules at the same time, and a pair of lower punches(160,260) which form an opening at the bottom of the capsules to discharge beverage. |
