The invention relates to a drug which can reduce cholesterol and urea levels and stabilise glucose, creatinine and triglyceride levels, which is prepared from earthworms, particularly of the Eisenia foetida species and the tecoma stans plant, and which, according to studies carried out, is suitable for use in the treatment of hypercholesterolaemia and hypertension in patients with said disorders. The invention also relates to a method for preparing said drug either in hydro alcoholic solution or tablets.
