PURPOSE: A ceramic coating method by precipitation and biodegradable implants manufactured by the same are provided to improve biocompatibility by uniformly forming a ceramic layer on a magnesium layer. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic coating method includes the following steps: a calcium-based compounds and a phosphate-based compound are mixed to prepare a mixed solution; and a magnesium material is immersed in the mixed solution to coat a ceramic layer on the magnesium material. The calcium-based compound is ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid calcium disodium salt hydrate, and the phosphate-based compound is potassium dihydrogen phosphate. The concentration of the calcium-based compound and the phosphate-based compound is in a range between 0.01 and 0.1M.
