The brake has a brake caliper (1) and a brake disc (2) whose both sides are provided with brake pads (3). A clamping unit (4) is provided to press the brake pad against a brake disc. An adjusting device (5) is covered by closure cover (9) which is secured in brake caliper by connectors. The closure cover is permanently connected to the brake caliper. An adjusting spindle (6) is connected with the adjusting device and a latching element is engaged with a latching opening. Latching leg portions are arranged at specific interval in a locking element cavity.
