PURPOSE: A ginkgo mesocarp peeling device capable of uniformly applying impact to the ginkgo is provided to minimize the generation of damages on the endosperm of the ginkgo. CONSTITUTION: A ginkgo mesocarp peeling device comprises the following: a ginkgo supplying unit including a hopper(6); a rotator(30) rotating ginkgo supplied from the ginkgo supplying unit, and discharging the ginkgo using centrifugal force; and a striking body(40) striking the ginkgo discharged from the rotator for crushing and removing the ginkgo mesocarp. The rotator includes a ginkgo insertion unit(32) on the center, rotating plates(36a, 36b) supporting the ginkgo inserted through the ginkgo inserting unit, and a rotation blade(34) pushing and rotating the ginkgo. |
