<p>PURPOSE: A display method and a display device applying the same are provided to prevent shaking effect generated according to animation effect by generating a window adding animation effect. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(146) displays a first window including a GUI(Graphic User Interface) element on a screen. If an event is generated for controlling the GUI element, a controlling unit(160) generates a second window for displaying a transition image element. The controlling unit overlaps the second window on the first window and adds animation effect to the GUI element. The transition image element is displayed on the second window.
