PURPOSE: A wireless AP(Access Point) apparatus and signal reception sensitivity test method are provided to test the reception performance of a wireless AP apparatus without using a wired connection method using a special test apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A test signal creation unit(120) creates a test packet signal transmitted to a neighbor AP apparatus. A transmission power level control unit(130) controls the transmission power level of the test packet signal.
