PURPOSE: A cooling system with cooling, heating, and hot water supply functions is provided to prevent environmental pollution, and to reduce maintenance costs. CONSTITUTION: A cooling system with cooling, heating, and hot water supply functions comprises a compressor(101), a first condenser(102), a second condenser(103), a heat exchanger(104), an expansion valve(105), an evaporator(106), and a four way valve(107). The compressor compresses vaporized refrigerants at high temperature and pressure. The first and second condensers are supplied with the compressed refrigerants. The first and second condensers make the heat of the vaporized refrigerants liquid using a water source or the air. The heat exchanger exchanges the heat with the refrigerants condensed in the first and second condensers. The expansion valve decompresses liquefied refrigerants. The evaporator converts the refrigerants into a liquid stat by heat exchanging with a water source. The four way valve selectively supplies the refrigerants from the first condenser to the second condenser.
