PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a non-slip pipe is provided to prevent slip on a pipe used in a handrail and to reduce the number of processes for manufacturing the pipe. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a non-slip pipe comprises the steps of: forming grooves on the surface of a pipe material, forming the pipe material into a pipe shape, adjusting the pipe material so that the ends of the pipe material are abutted against each other through a stand roller unit and welding the ends of the pipe material, and correcting the straightness of the pipe using a squeeze roller unit.
