PURPOSE: A mouse with a power generating function, the mouse with the power generating function and a mouse pad thereof are provided to naturally generate power necessary for operation of the mouse, the mouse pad, and a computer while a user is using the mouse, thereby reducing energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: A power generation unit(12) includes the following next. An induction coil for generating electromotive force is formed in a coil winding unit(121). A vibrator(122) is installed in an inside of the coil winding unit to be shakable. A driving unit(22) includes permanent magnet to apply magnetism which the vibrator can be shakable. The driving unit is installed in at least one place corresponding to the power generation unit.
