摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for supplying a fuel for producing cement, by which the treatment of waste materials and the reduction of the basic unit of expensive fossil fuels in a cement production process can be simultaneously attained by using a fuel having a low flash point as an alternate fuel in the cement production process. <P>SOLUTION: A low flash point fuel is blown into a cement firing furnace or a calcining furnace in a single form or together with another liquid fuel. The low flash point fuel and the liquid fuel are merged to each other on the way of a pipe line and can be blown into the cement firing furnace or the calcining furnace. The merging of the both fuels can be performed at a position within 5-50 m from the head part of a blowing-in device of the cement firing furnace or the calcining furnace. Although the risk of explosion or the like caused by a chemical reaction between the both fuels is increased when the low flash point fuel and another liquid fuel are merged to each other, in the case when the both fuels are merged to each other at immediately before they are blown into the cement firing furnace or the calcining furnace, the low flash point fuel can be more safely used as a fuel for producing cement because the both fuels are blown into the cement firing furnace or the like and burned before the chemical reaction occurs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
