The cooling container (10) has a receiving chamber space and an outer sheath (12), an inner insulation layer (14) and a protective layer, where the outer sheath is made from a solid self-supporting material. The outer sheath has air chambers. The insulation layer is formed from multiple individual insulation elements (16A,16B) which contain a fibrous insulating material with a density less than 100 kilometre per meter cube. The protecting layer is arranged between a receiving space and the insulation layer. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a construction kit with a holding mechanism; and (2) a method for transporting a cooling good. |
