<p>A locking device, in particular for a link of a grappler, comprises a movable pin (60) provided with at least one groove (64), a locking plate (50) to engage the groove and a holding element (52) to hold the locking plate in the groove, wherein the engagement of the locking plate into the groove locks the pin. The invention also relates to a linking device comprising the locking device of the first aspect and a frame (10) having spaced apart bushings to receive the pin. The invention further relates to a method of locking a link of a grappler comprising the steps of providing a frame having spaced apart bushings, wherein at least one of the bushings carries a locking plate, threading a pin having a groove through the spaced apart bushings and engaging the locking plate into the groove.</p> |
