摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an electrical storage device is provided to restrain generation of decomposition products by decomposing lithium cobaltate, and restraining reaction of oxygen and current collector in lithium cobaltate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrical storage device(100) comprises a step of forming lithium cobaltate salt layer on a cathode current collector(112) through a sputtering method using a target comprising lithium cobaltate and sputtering gas while heating the cathode electrode current collector. In the lithium cobaltate salt layer, crystal of cobaltate salt layer is arranged along a c axis. When heating the cathode current collector, the oxidation cobalt is not generated. The material of the current collecting material is one selected from titanium, stainless, platinum, and aluminum.
