PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a piercing punch for producing a magnetic clutch pulley of an air conditioner for a vehicle and the piercing punch are provided to prevent damages and deformation by manufacturing the piercing punch with an accurate size. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a piercing punch for producing a magnetic clutch pulley of an air conditioner for a vehicle comprises following steps. A round bar is supplied to a cutter. The round bar is cut at a proper size. The core of the round rod is cut. In order that the round rod completely processes to the piercing punch, the outside of the round rod is cut. The piercing punch is vacuum-treated by heat. The piercing punch is divided into fragments(400) by a wire-cut. A titanium coating film(130) is formed over a tap slide unit(110) and a pressing unit(120). |
