PURPOSE: A skin state analyzing method and a device thereof are provided to supply the device which is small and cheap and an accurate analyzing result. CONSTITUTION: A communicating unit receives original data is about a photographed image. An analyzing unit(260) analyzes the received original data. A displaying unit displays an analyzing result of an analyzing step. The analyzing unit preprocesses the photographed image. The analyzing unit displays the preprocessed image and analyzes the preprocessed image. The analyzing unit senses a hair image from the photographed image. The analyzing unit processes the sensed hair image by using a median value filter.
