PURPOSE: A mold for a concrete structure accommodating a water gauge and a construction method using the same are provided to acquire a concrete structure having high construction accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A mold for a concrete structure accommodating a water gauge comprises an inner unit, an outer unit, and a partition piece. The inner unit comprises an inspection pit(401) and a water collecting groove(402). The inner unit forms a concrete structure(400) for accommodating a water gauge. The outer unit comprises a passing hole(403). The inner unit and the outer unit form the caste of concrete. The partition piece is coupled with the edge portion of the inner unit and the outer unit and partitions the space formed by the inner unit and the outer unit.
