An apparatus comprising: an image processing unit (30) configured to process an image; a touch display unit (20) having a display screen area with a horizontal width and a vertical width to display an image processed by the image processing unit, the touch display unit operable to receive a first user input to select a movement direction of a respective image displayed in the display screen area; and a controller (40) which, if an aspect ratio of the image is different from an aspect ratio of the display screen area, is operable to resize the image so that a horizontal width of the image corresponds to the horizontal width of the display screen area while maintaining the aspect ratio of the image and to move a displayed portion of the resized image in the selected image movement direction to enable a non-displayed portion of the image to become visible in the display screen area.
