PURPOSE: A colored photo-sensitive resin composition, a color filter using the same, and a display device using the same are provided to suppress a part of a non-exposed part in a colored photo-sensitive resin composition layer from being stripped in the process of development. CONSTITUTION: A colored photo-sensitive resin composition includes a coloring agent, a resin, a photo-polymerizable compound, and a photo-polymerization initiator. The coloring agent contains xanthenes dye represented by chemical formula 1. The resin is copolymer containing a structural unit derived from at least one selected from a group including unsaturated carboxylic acids and unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydrides and a structure unit derived from N-cyclohexylmaleimide. In chemical formula 1, R1 to R4 are respectively hydrogen atoms, C1-C20 monovalent saturated hydrocarbon groups, or C6-C10 aromatic hydrocarbon groups; R5 is -OH, -SO_3-, -SO_3H, -SO_3-M+, -CO_2H, -CO_2-M+, -CO_2R8, -SO_3R8, or -SO_2NR9R10; and X is a halogen atom. |
