摘要 PURPOSE: A crystal oscillator and an electrode structure of the crystal oscillator are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by improving frequency change characteristics according to external thermal environmental change. CONSTITUTION: A crystal oscillator(20) comprises a crystalline lens(21) vibrating by an electric signal and a first electrode(22a) and a second electrode(22b) laminated on both sides of the crystalline lens. The first electrode or the second electrode has a laminating structure of a first layer(23a), a second layer(23b), a third layer(23c), and a fourth layer(23d). The first layer improves adhesive power between the crystalline lens and the first electrode or the second electrode. The first layer compensates for different thermal expansion coefficients of each inter-layer. The first layer is made of materials having stable and low resistivity and excellent electric conductivity.
