ABNORMAL MENTAL STATE ANALYSIS SYSTEM OF SHIP NAVIGATOR USING VOICE ANALYSIS

PURPOSE: An abnormal mental state analyzing system of a ship navigator using voice analysis is provided to analyze the waveform of a voice of the ship navigator, thereby individually inputting a patrol boat when a mental state of the ship navigator is abnormal. CONSTITUTION: A control terminal(210) communicates with a ship terminal(110). A voice converter(212) converts a voice signal of a ship navigator into voice data. A voice analyzer(220) determines a mental state of a ship navigator by voice analysis. A monitoring monitor(240) displays the waveform of analyzed voice. If a mental state of the ship navigator is abnormal, a warning guide device(250) outputs a warning sound or a warning notice. A direction detector(230) detects a direction according to the intensity of a microwave of a beacon signal received from a beacon signal transmitter(130).
