PURPOSE: An initial rainwater treatment apparatus for a drain is provided to prevent a filter part from being exposed to the outside by forming the filter part inside a body part. CONSTITUTION: An initial rainwater treatment apparatus for a drain comprises a body part(10), a cover part(20), and a filter part(30). The top of the body part is open. Side inlets(12) are formed on the side surface of the body part, and a discharge port(14) is formed on the bottom thereof. Rainwater flows into the side inlets. The discharge port is inserted into a drainpipe and discharges the rainwater flowing from the side inlets to the outside. The cover part covers the open top of the body part and has upper inlets(22) in which rainwater flows in. The filter part is formed inside the body part and is composed of a side filter(32) and an upper filter(34). The side filter corresponds to the side inlets of the body part, and the upper filter corresponds to the upper inlets of the cover part.
