<p>PURPOSE: A controller of a AC-DC power converter for an LED lamp is provided to control operation of the LED lamp by measuring power on and off information of an AC power line using a simple electronic component. CONSTITUTION: An AC power on and off incremental recorder(110) measures on and off information for power-on times, power off times, and power on and off time of an AC power line. A first sensing circuit(121) generates a first setup signal according to voltage or current of a first set up terminal. A brightness standard signal generator(120) creates a brightness reference signal in response to an AC power in and off record signal and the first set up signal. An electric signal processing circuit(130) outputs an AC-DC power converter status signal by processing the voltage or the current measured in an AC-DC power converter for an LED lamp.
