<p>PURPOSE: A toner composition and a process for forming toner particles are provided to hardly use a chelating agent while a coagulating process is implemented. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a toner composition includes the following steps: at least one amorphous resin is contacted with at least one crystalline resin and one styrene and/or acrylate gel to become a mixture; the mixture is coagulated to form particles; a buffer solution of 3-7 pH value is added into the particles such that the pre-determined pH value is obtained in 0.25 to 10 hours; and the particles are coagulated to form toner particles.</p> |
