PURPOSE: A power maintenance circuit for an MCU(Micro Control Unit) with backup power is provided to continuously supply power after a ignition starting switch is turned off. CONSTITUTION: A power maintenance circuit(100) for an MCU(Micro Control Unit) with backup power comprises a MCU(130), a regulator(120), an ignition power supply line(110), a voltage divider circuit(104), a diode(112), and a MCU voltage maintenance line(132). The MCU comprises a digital signal output port, and performs the electric control of a vehicle. The regulator converts the power supplied from a battery(106) into the voltage for driving the MCU, and supplies the driving power to the MCU. The ignition power supply line is connected to an INH terminal, and supplies ignition power to the INH terminals. The voltage divider circuit is connected between an ignition switch(102) and the regulator, and divides voltage. The diode is connected between the voltage divider circuit and the MCU voltage maintenance line, and rectifies an output signal. The MCU voltage maintenance line supplies the digital signal from the digital signal output port to the INH terminal. |
