PURPOSE: A multiple operating system driving device of a terminal and an operating system converting method thereof are provided to minimize the amount of data transmission of an operation system image downloaded to the terminal, thereby not needing to perform an application program synchronization process and a separate operation system between the terminal and a cloud computing service system. CONSTITUTION: An operation system converting input of virtual operation system operating an application program is received in a virtual computing environment(S401). An image of an exclusive cloud client operation system operating a user graphic interface is received(S402). The image of the exclusive cloud client operation system is stored in a memory(S403). A terminal is rebooted and the exclusive cloud client operation system is driven(S404). The application program of the virtual operation system is remotely executed(S405).
