ASSEMBLY LINE SYSTEM OF WIRING HARNESS

PURPOSE: A wiring harness assembly line system is provided to simultaneously perform a plurality of wiring harness process by installing a plurality of supporting parts supporting a harness worktable to one transport unit. CONSTITUTION: A supporting part(20) supports a wiring harness worktable(4). A transport part(30) is installed to the upper of the supporting part to be movable. A plurality of supporting parts is installed while leaving a predetermined distance along an orthogonal direction to a traveling direction. The plurality of supporting parts is combined with the transport part having a plurality of joint parts(32A). Each supporting part comprises an upper frame(22) and a lower frame(24) combined with the joint part of the transport part. The lower frame is integrally combined with the upper frame. A pair of wiring harness worktables is set on both sides of the lower frame along plural column directions of the supporting part.
