PURPOSE: A producing method of a meal substitute for the weight loss using natural green tea yeast is provided to offer the great taste and flavor of the meal substitute. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a meal substitute for the weight loss using natural green tea yeast comprises the following steps: mixing 100g of brown sugar and 1kg of fresh water to obtain syrup; mixing the syrup with 1kg of green tea, and storage-aging the mixture at 30 deg C for 7 days after sealing and stirring 1-2 times a day to obtain green tea fermented liquid; steaming and drying freeze-dried food substitute material including roasting soybeans, and crushing the steamed material into the size smaller than 200 meshes; mixing the food substitute material and the green tea fermented liquid in a weight ratio of 5:1, and yeast-culturing the mixture at 30 deg C for a week.
