PURPOSE: A steel strand extension device having an angle adjustable anchor bracket is provided to extend the steel strand while maintaining the horizontal state of a through hole and a steel strand. CONSTITUTION: A steel strand extension device having an angle adjustable anchor bracket comprises first and second anchor brackets(130, 140), first and second fastening pieces(150, 160), a connecting piece(170), a rotation guide(180), an anchor head(10), a gripping piece(20), a rubber ring, a connector, a tension guide bar, a fixing member(60), a hydraulic cylinder(70), and a backing plate(80). The first and second anchor brackets comprise rotary shaft insertion holes(131, 141) and bolt holes(132, 142). The first and second fastening pieces are coupled with and support the first and second anchor brackets. The rotation guide is inserted to the rotary shaft insertion holes to be rotated. The anchor head supports a wedge assembly. The gripping piece holds the exterior surface of the anchor head. The rubber ring is inserted in the coupling groove of the gripping piece. The connector comprises an insertion groove for the insertion of the projection of the gripping piece. The hydraulic cylinder lifts the fixing member.
