PURPOSE: A construction method for a temporary bridge and a temporary bridge constructed by the same are provided to improve the stability and the durability of the temporary bridge. CONSTITUTION: A construction method for a temporary bridge is as follows. One or more steel pipe piles(4) are coupled with each other and first and second steel pipe pile portions(3,3') are installed on the ground. A guide beam(6) is fixed to the steel pipe piles respectively. A cross beam(7) is fixed to the first and the second steel pipe pile portions. A vertical beam(8) is fixed to the upper portion of the first and the second steel pipe pile portions. A main beam is installed in the top portion of the vertical beam. Upper structures are installed on the top portion of the main beam.
