FABRICATING METHOD OF ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for an organic luminance diode display is provided to reduce manufacturing costs of an alignment device by simplifying a passivation device configuration through a lift-off process. CONSTITUTION: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) array is formed on valid display regions and a pad part(40) is formed on pad regions. An organic light emitting diode device(20) is formed on the TFT array and a sacrificial layer is formed to cover a pad part. A passivation layer(30) is formed on a front side of a motherboard in order to cover the organic light emitting diode device and the sacrificial layer. Panels are sealed by filling a gap between the passivation layer and an encapsulation substrate with a sealing film. Unit panels are individually cut along scribing lines prepared in a motherboard. The pad part is exposed by partially eliminating the passivation layer and the sacrificial layer.
