PURPOSE: A raw material crushing device is provided to enhance crushing efficiency by uniformly providing raw materials to a crusher and to easily control the fineness of the crushed raw material. CONSTITUTION: A raw material crushing device comprises a hopper(200), a pair of crushers(300) and a raw material conveying tool(400). The hopper stores the raw materials. The crusher is installed at the lower of the hopper, and crushes the raw material exhausted from the hopper. The material transfer tool comprises a belt(410) which is rotatably driven by crossing the lower part of the hopper and the upper part of the crusher. The material transfer tool scatters the raw material dropped on the belt in the width direction of the belt, and transfers the raw material to the crusher. The pair of crushers is included at both lower ends of the belt. The raw material conveying tool comprises a plurality of rollers(420,430), a roller driving tool(440), a dispersion plate, a dispersal plate driving tool(460) and a controller.
