DRIVING BOARD FOR SWITCHING DEVICE USED IN ELECTRICAL POWER CONVERSION APPARATUS
摘要
PURPOSE: A driving board for a switching element used for a power conversion device for capable of controlling motor car propulsion is provided to protect the driving board from vibration and impact generated in an operation process of a motor car by forming one or more cut holes on the driving board connected to a switching element. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of switching elements(210) is arranged to be symmetrical to a longitudinal direction of a cut hole(201) formed on a driving board(200). The driving board includes a driving circuit which gradually controls waveforms of currents applied to or discharged from a gate of the switching element. The driving board is coupled with a terminal of each switching element using a fastening hole(202). The cut hole is horizontally formed on the driving board.
