A faucet assembly including a mounting base and an upper faucet assembly. A coupler releasably couples the upper faucet assembly to the mounting base. The upper faucet assembly includes a bracket having a cam slot configured to slidably receive a flange of the mounting base. A locking mechanism includes a lock bushing configured to selectively secure the upper faucet assembly by preventing sliding movement of the cam slot relative to the flange.
