CURRENT REFERENCE CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A reference current generator is provided to generate a reference current independent of temperature by the difference between two temperature proportional currents. CONSTITUTION: A first temperature proportional current(Iptat1) and a second temperature proportional current(Iptat2) have different rates of change. The rate of change of the second temperature proportional current is determined by a temperature coefficient of a resistance value. The first temperature proportional current has larger slop characteristics than the second temperature proportional current.
