摘要 PURPOSE: A fuel consumption and discharge gases calculating system of a hybrid commercial vehicle based on hardware-in-the-loop simulation system is provided to connect an engine electronic control unit of a hybrid commercial vehicle to a virtual engine and vehicle simulation by using a system based on the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system, thereby calculating fuel consumption of the hybrid commercial vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A host computer(10) generates a controlling signal for performing starting and driving simulation of a hybrid commercial vehicle. The host computer receives and displays a result about the driving simulation in real time. A hardware-in-the-loop simulation system(20) performs a kinetic interpretation and calculation of the hybrid commercial vehicle according to the controlling signal. A test bench(30) transmits an operating signal of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system to an engine electronic control unit(40).
