The system has a measuring device for measuring a parameter of interior air that includes carbon dioxide level, and relative humidity. A volatile organic substance regulating unit controls evacuation of air from a concerned building (1) or dry room e.g. bed room (3c), according to the measured interior air parameter. A set of ventilation grids (9a, 9b) is arranged in a living room (3a) and in the bed room. An air passage (10) is provided in a visible manner between the living room and a toilet (2b). |
