PURPOSE: A biomaterial extraction container and a biomass sampling method using the same are provided to improve the shape of the container, thereby efficiently collecting magnetic beads. CONSTITUTION: A biomaterial extraction container(100) a container body(110), a collecting part(121) and a magnet(140). The container body contains samples in the internal space. The capture unit is formed on the side of the container body. The composite sample(11) in which magnetic particles(12) are mixed flows in the inner space of the container body along a prescribed section of the collecting unit. The magnet is arranged on the outside of the collecting part. When the composite sample flows in the container body through the inner space of the collecting part, the magnetic particles mixed in the composite sample is sampled in the collecting part. The magnet is a permanent magnet which is arranged to be detachable around the collecting part.
