PURPOSE: Instant functional stuffed pancake containing green tea powder is provided to prevent the generation of floury smell after the pancake is cooled. CONSTITUTION: Instant functional stuffed pancake includes dough and fillings inserted into the dough. The dough contains 35wt% of glutinous rice flour, 7wt% of starch, 5wt% soybean powder, 8wt% of green tea powder, 8wt% of tangerine skin powder, 6wt% of black sugar, 5wt% of skimmed milk powder, 5wt% of soymilk, 3wt% of refined salt, 5wt% of baking powder, 3wt% of glucose, 2wt% of flavoring agent, 2wt% of yeast, and 3wt% of gardenia yellow pigment. The fillings include black sugar, crushed peanut, sesame seeds, white bean paste, and salt.
